Please note, our STANDARD delivery charges are based on the distance from our Penrose showroom to your area. Please see our rates below and select the one that applies to you when you check out.
- If you are ordering multiple items, have a complicated delivery (difficult access to property, multiple flights of stairs etc.), please contact us to negotiate delivery charges.

Are calculated at checkout based on your Auckland Postcode and what distance you are from our Penrose showroom (up to 2 items to a ground floor address)
Yes we ship outside Auckland - NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
Please contact us for a quote to ship to any location not listed on our website.

Further shipping charges may apply. We use 3rd party delivery companies to ship the items; hence, an extra cost may be applied.
If you want delivery outside these areas, don't hesitate to get in touch with us for a quote.
All goods are dispatched after careful inspection. Should any item be delivered damaged, the issue can be raised with the shipping company alone, not with Elegant Furniture.
As we run low-cost operations, most of the time, we send only the driver with the truck, and he is the one who will unload goods for you. Please be prepared to help him unload and loading at the delivery address.
Also, the delivery might sometimes be delayed due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the driver will be in constant contact with you. The responsibility of Elegant Furniture regarding the products ceases the moment the purchased goods are successfully delivered to the delivery location. Any damage to the products post-delivery is not our responsibility.
