Returns & Refunds
If found damages happened after the delivery of the product, we would not cover & liable for these damages. In this case, no replacement or refund will be given. Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery.
The damaged product must be rejected – a new replacement will be sent as soon as possible.

Colours
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Please note that you will have to cover the delivery costs yourself. We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve received your return in its original condition.

Order Cancellation Policy
Once a purchase is confirmed, we do not accommodate cancellations simply for a change of mind. In the case of in-store lay-by purchases, if a customer fails to meet their payment schedule and subsequently chooses to cancel, a 30% administration fee will be deducted from their refund.
