Returns & Refunds
All our furniture is made-to-order/customisable (unless you purchase stock off our showroom floor).
Please be very careful when choosing your product; we will not refund or exchange your goods if you have changed your mind or given us the wrong measurements e.g. the goods do not fit in your premises, as most of our furniture is customised to your specifications.
The colour looks different?
We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products as they appear on the Site. However, as the actual colour you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
Received a damaged or faulty item?
Please inspect the item on delivery.
Damaged items must not be signed for at the time of delivery.
- The damaged product must be rejected – a new replacement will be sent soon as possible
If you find damages after delivery,
please let us know by sending an email to info@elegantfurniture.co.nz or calling one of our contact numbers within 24 hours of receiving the product so we can investigate.
- If damage happened after the delivery of the product, we would be liable for these damages. In this case, no replacement or refund will be given.
